This includes interfering with the operation of the website in any way, or transmitting a computer virus, Trojan, robot or other malicious computer software to the website or its servers.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order on the website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
To be able to order anything from our shop you need to:
- Possess a valid credit card accepted by us,
- Be legally capable of entering into a legal contract,
- Be at least 18 years of age,
- Ensure that all the details you provide to us are accurate,
- Ensure that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
We may decline an offer or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs. We will notify you by email in advance of any such action, to try and resolve the issue and will return any applicable payments made to us without deduction:
- Your payment information is incorrect or not verifiable, or you are not approved in the credit evaluation,
- There was an unintentional error on the Website; e.g. a payment error etc,
- We could not deliver to the address provided by you.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed an order on the website. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and is not a contract of sale. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be created once your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contact with us regarding the order.
Prices stated on the website apply to all orders made through the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Shipping within Sweden is free of charge, in other cases delivery costs will be charged in addition. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed.
We have the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appear on the website.
If incorrect information has been specified for an item you have purchased, we will notify you of this error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you within one (1) week, we cancel the order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We accept the following payment methods:

You can make quick, easy secure payments with credit or debit cards such as Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payment by card is made in accordance with applicable rules for online payments in Sweden.
When using your credit card to pay for your item/s we will make sure that your credit card is valid. If it is valid, and has enough funds, then your payment will be authorized. Once authorized the payment is captured automatically and we will request the necessary funds from your credit card provider.
Stripe uses client-side tokenization to collect card information in a secure manner.
All transactions are sent via SSL (secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted. No card number is stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure - a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention to securely validate the consumer when buying online.
Payment by Swish
If you are located in Sweden you also have the opportunity to pay with Swish. Once you have placed your order you will get information on the number to use for your transfer. Transfer the total amount to our Swish account. As soon as we have checked that your payment is valid you will get an email that your order is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot accept any payment methods not specified above. If you try to pay by any other methods, we will not be liable for your loss of payment or any other damages caused by your action.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping within Sweden is free of charge. We use PostNord and we send all smaller items/smaller orders as Varubrev, which means we send them as letters directly to your mailbox. If it’s still too big to fit your mailbox it will be delivered to your nearest PostNord service point.
Bigger items/bigger orders will be sent as MyPack Home Small and will also be delivered to your nearest PostNord service point.
When delivered to a service point you will be informed by email or text message at the time the parcel is ready for collection.
Shipping outside of Sweden is not available right now.
We will carry out a pre-authorization check on the card used for purchase to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be dispatched until this check has been completed and payment has been accepted.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product, if item is in stock it will be packed and shipped within 7 days.
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us a notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price when we have handled your return. You also have the choice to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price. In any case, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
Even though we hope that you will love your Spurtee wear we have an "of course you can return your item" policy. This means that you can return or change your item within 30 days from your purchase as long as it is in mint condition and has all original tags left. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returning your item/s is free of charge, just use the return waybill included in your package. You need to hand it in at your nearest PostNord service point.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that refunded payments can take 5-10 days to be returned to your bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (5-10 days). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size or color, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
TRADEMARKS AND USE OF CONTENT
The trademarks, names and logos (collectively ‘trademarks’) displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Spurtee. Prior written permission from Spurtee is required for use of any trademark, image or video from on the website.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If there is conflict or contradiction between the provisions of our terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices will no longer be valid.

These terms and conditions are in accordance with Swedish laws.
In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, we will comply with the decision of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authority in the respective country.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances that we have no control over, including postal delays for which we will not be responsible for. These delays or causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, war, strikes or labor disputes, riot, or crime.
